He kept one for himself.

A 26-year-old man worked as a sales consultant for a private company. In the summer, he appropriated five expensive mobile phones, four of which he pawned, and kept one for himself as a spare, Minsk-News reports.
A criminal case was initiated against him. He fully admitted his guilt and regretted what he had done.
The court sentenced him to two years of imprisonment and a fine of 50 basic units (2,250 rubles).
However, the court also ruled to consider the imprisonment conditional and not to enforce it, provided that during the two-year probationary period, the man does not commit a new crime and fulfills the obligations imposed on him by the court: to notify the police in advance of a change of residence, of travel for personal reasons to another locality for more than one month, to appear at the police station when summoned, and, if necessary, to provide explanations regarding his behavior and lifestyle.
