They were involved in selling stolen goods and tobacco smuggling in the province of Parma.

On Sunday, two Belarusian citizens, aged 39 and 36, were deported from Milan-Malpensa Airport to Minsk. This was reported by the provincial police department of Piacenza.
Both men were released from detention after their sentences expired. Subsequently, they were ordered to be forcibly escorted to the border. Police officers transported the Belarusians to the airport.
