Agent Nadzeyka, Transferred by Poland to Belarus as part of an Exchange, Reported Names of "Paspalitae Rushenne" Participants to the KGB
Nadzeyka met with KGB officers in Budapest, where Belarusian and Russian special services felt safe.

Details of the cooperation of Belarusian citizen Uladzislau Nadzeyka with the State Security Committee (KGB) were reported in a report "Nowa zimna wojna" ("New Cold War") on the evening of October 25 by Polish TV channel TVP, writes "Pozirk".
The report stated that Nadzeyka moved to Poland from Grodno after the events of 2020. He lived in Bialystok and carried out "spy activities," disguised as a taxi driver.
An acquaintance of the man, on condition of anonymity, told the authors of the report that after conversations with Nadzeyka, KGB officers visited her father in Belarus. "They knew everything about me. That I was a volunteer, that I was in the regiment (presumably, referring to the Kalinouski Regiment. — "Pozirk")," she said.
"He had a legend that he was a poor taxi driver, that he had no money at all. It was clear how he worked — he didn't work at all," she noted, emphasizing that Nadzeyka's lifestyle indicated significant expenses: for renting a taxi car, an apartment, "alcohol every day, drugs."
"He said that he used to smuggle cigarettes. He said that he had enough money to last him for the rest of his life," the woman reported.
The report highlights that Nadzeyka lived in Bialystok in "luxury apartments in the very center of the city," and paid for rented accommodation in cash.
Being a member of "Paspalitae Rushenne" — a sports and patriotic organization that engaged in physical and military training of Belarusians in Poland (ceased its activities in August 2025) — the man reported the names of its members to the KGB, the report notes.
It is reported that Nadzeyka met with KGB officers in Budapest, where, during the rule of Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Belarusian and Russian special services felt safe.
The report also states that the former deputy director of the Security and Intelligence Service (SIS) of Moldova, Aliaksandr Balan, who was detained in September 2025 in Romania, cooperated with the KGB. Budapest was also the venue for their meetings, and the named Belarusian special service officers who traveled there by car were Uladzimir Varazhbitau, Uladzimir Yarmak, and Mikalai Dukshta.
The Internal Security Agency of Poland (ISA) reported on September 10, 2025, about Nadzeyka's arrest and his three-month detention. It was noted that he carried out intelligence activities in Poland and Hungary, and the Belarusian's arrest was the result of "a lengthy operation conducted by the ISA together with Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, and Moldovan special services."
On September 23, 2025, it was reported that a list of compatriots who had received asylum in Poland was found with Uladzislau Nadzeyka. It was noted that, at the behest of the Belarusian KGB, the man tracked the individuals on the list, gathered dossiers on them, and transferred them to Minsk.
