Zelenskyy: US peace plan cut from 28 to 20 points, but Trump has "his own vision"
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, after ameetingwith the leaders of the "coalition of the willing" countries in London, told journalists about the current stage of work on the peace plan.

"There were 28 points, now there are 20. Openly anti-Ukrainian points have been removed. The mood of the Americans, in principle, is to find a compromise. Of course, there are difficult questions regarding territory. No compromise has been found there yet," Zelenskyy said.
According to him, US President Donald Trump has "his own vision" of how the war should end, which differs from the Ukrainian one.
The President of Ukraine stated that the draft peace plan will be finalized by security advisors from Ukraine and the European Union, and on December 9, it will be handed over to the USA.
Regarding the results of the meeting with key European allies, according to Volodymyr Zelenskyy:
"Today we discussed in detail our joint diplomatic work with the American side, agreed on a common position regarding the importance of security guarantees, reconstruction, and next steps."
At the same time, they specifically discussed further defense support for Ukraine. According to Zelenskyy, "very important things for today are unity between Europe and Ukraine, as well as unity between Europe, Ukraine, and the United States."
A joint statement from the leaders of the "coalition of the willing" countries following the meeting has not yet been released. The Élysée Palace, however, confirmed that during the meeting in London, the leaders of Great Britain, France, Germany, and Ukraine focused on Donald Trump's so-called "peace plan" and issues of security guarantees for Ukraine. As noted, this work is "at the finalization stage" and is being carried out by national security advisors "for interactions between the European, American, and Ukrainian sides, which should allow for increased convergence in the coming days."
