A Dubai—Minsk flight is scheduled for today, which will carry passengers with tickets for the Dubai — Minsk flight on February 28.
Regular Minsk—Dubai flights on March 4 and 5 have been canceled, Belavia reports on its Telegram channel.
Evacuation flights are planned for these days: the plane will depart from Minsk without passengers and deliver passengers from Dubai to Belarus.
The process of obtaining permits for these flights is currently underway.
Passengers whose departure will be organized by evacuation flights will be informed by the airline or tour operators using the contact details provided during booking.
Belavia reports that passengers on canceled flights can: request a full refund of the ticket price (at the point of purchase) or change the departure date for the same route free of charge, maintaining the same class of service (subject to availability).
The decision to exchange a ticket must be made no later than March 15; after this date, only a refund can be issued for such air tickets.
