Belarusian Becomes Estonia's Largest Flower Trader, Conquers Finland, and Targets Sweden
Belarusian Pavel Ezerin managed to build a successful business in Estonia in just a few years and become the country's largest retail flower seller, writes economic observer Vadim Syakhovich in his Telegram channel .

Ezerin's company One Management was founded in 2019 in Tallinn. In approximately four years, his business took a leading position in the market. Its main advantage was a well-developed online store and free delivery within the city — a rare service for the flower market.
In 2025, the company entered the Finnish market, opening a division in Helsinki. There, it also offers free delivery and serves not only the capital but also nearby cities. The next step is to enter Sweden by opening a business in Stockholm.
According to Ezerin, the path to success was not easy: initially, he had to work simple jobs, like many migrants. However, his Estonian roots played a certain role, helping him to start the business more easily.
The company sells various flowers — from roses to chrysanthemums — and sources them through its own offices in Africa and South America. In 2024, its revenue reached approximately 1.8 million euros, and it employs about 35 people.
Interestingly, the entrepreneur began his career in a PR agency founded by his father — Andrei Ezerin. Later, this experience became the basis for developing his own business. Pavel's father, by the way, recently published a book "The Migrant Gene. The Beginning." It consists of 25 stories "about the challenges faced by a person who decided to move to another country at an older age (45+-)".
