An incident occurred in Grodno involving teenagers who bullied another schoolboy. A group of boys aged 14, 17, and 18 hung the teenager by his backpack on a hook in the restroom, after which they fled, reports TRC "Grodno".
The incident was captured on video, which reached police officers. After this, the situation quickly came to the attention of the juvenile affairs inspectorate and educators. Conversations were held with the teenagers and their parents.
It was found that all participants in the incident are studying at a secondary level and are raised in ordinary, outwardly unremarkable families. They themselves admitted that they did it foolishly, regret their actions, and are ready to apologize.
Administrative protocols for petty hooliganism have been drawn up against them. The materials have been handed over to the commission for juvenile affairs, and the 18-year-old participant also faces court proceedings.
