Tsikhanouskaya urged to vote in the elections to the Coordination Council
In her video address, the democratic leader thanked everyone who continues to support Belarus, to speak and to act. She emphasizes that changes begin with participation.
Tsikhanouskaya urged to carefully familiarize themselves with the candidates and their programs and make their choice:
"People who decided to run for the Coordination Council made a conscious choice. They understood what they would face: pressure, threats, risks. And yet, they chose to run. And this inspires sincere respect.
Belarus is built with every decision, every choice. And the Coordination Council will be what we make of it. Now, at this stage of the election campaign, it is especially important not to rush, but to carefully familiarize yourselves with the lists, with the people running for the Coordination Council, and with the content of their programs. Because a conscious choice begins with understanding. The better we know who and what we are voting for, the stronger our common position will be. Today is the time to read, compare, delve into the essence, and decide — so that our vote is not just a voice, but a responsible choice for the future of Belarus," says Tsikhanouskaya.
The elections to the CC of the IV convocation will take place from May 11 to 17, with nine blocs and 174 candidates participating.
