«When I have time, I watch reels, trends, publish posts — showing both my life and sports. We can even look at the statistics… (a little time passes). On average, about five hours a day.
— Wow!
— I don't understand where that number comes from. Maybe it's because I edit and publish videos — I do everything myself.
— Have fans never overwhelmed your Instagram?
— There were some who wrote constantly — as if they were keeping a diary. But I quickly blocked them because they became annoying. If people behave adequately and don't cross the line, I always respond. It's not difficult. Fortunately, mostly normal people, without any weirdness, come across. By the way, someone recently asked me: 'Do you get negative comments?' I replied: 'Even if they write them, why would I read them?' Why get upset over the opinion of someone who doesn't understand freestyle skiing? And I'm not going to prove anything to anyone.
— Do social media help to switch your attention?
— I don't know. If you believe Instagram, everyone has a perfect life. But then you meet someone — and everything is the opposite for them. Social media doesn't always help to relax. It's better to listen to an interesting podcast or meditate — that's much more useful than scrolling through reels, she added.
