The queue was observed in the foyer of the National Library of Belarus, writes Onliner.by.

"This is not a train station, but just "Bibliyanoch" (Library Night) at the National Library," the author captioned the video, adding that he enjoyed the event, despite there being mini-queues on all three floors of the library.
"Bibliyanoch" (Library Night) is an annual event similar to "Museum Night," during which libraries host various entertainment and educational activities late in the evening. Belarusians, of course, attend them with pleasure, but such a stir is very rare.
In the comments, as usual, there's a whole spectrum of opinions:
— And what could one see/learn in that crowd? Entry to the library is free anyway…
— I listened with sound. Was it a techno party?
— How good it is that I stayed home to read a book!
