Administrative liability is provided for violating the rules: a fine from 450 to 1350 rubles for individuals, up to 4500 rubles for individual entrepreneurs, and up to 22,500 rubles for legal entities.
It is separately noted that even one illegally caught fish during this period will cost approximately 540 rubles. In case of significant damage, criminal liability is also possible.
