Minsk resident wasn't allowed a smoke break, and in response "mined" the organization
A 20-year-old guy was not allowed to take an additional break for smoking at work. In response, he left his workplace, and then called and reported an alleged bomb threat at the organization, reports the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

The information about the "mining" was immediately checked, but it was not confirmed. On the same day, police officers quickly identified the caller and detained him.
A criminal case was opened against the guy for a knowingly false report of danger.
Such actions are considered a serious crime in Belarus: they can be punished with imprisonment for up to 5 years, and also oblige the perpetrator to compensate for expenses related to the deployment of emergency services.
