"The ban has been lifted. We've had enough," he stated.

Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine will resume strikes on Russian oil refineries. The President of Ukraine told FT about this in an interview during his visit to London, writes RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, Kyiv refrained from striking energy infrastructure for three days, but Moscow continued to attack Ukrainian energy facilities. Over a hundred civilians died within a week.
"The ban has been lifted. We've had enough," he stated.
Zelenskyy also mentioned that American military personnel warned their Ukrainian counterparts about blocking intelligence data if the strikes continued, and he called the problems with Starlink not a technical malfunction, but "willpower".
He would agree to stop the strikes only in exchange for additional Patriot missiles.
