A Volvo XC90 crossover caught fire on one of the Belarusian roads while driving. In the video, which was sent to the editorial office of the "Onliner" publication, it is visible how smoke first starts coming from under the hood, and then fire engulfs the engine compartment.
The car belongs to a well-known football coach in Belarus, whose name is not disclosed. In an interview with a journalist, he confirmed that the incident indeed happened. According to the man, everything happened very quickly. Emergency services arrived promptly and immediately began to act, but the car was seriously damaged by fire.
The owner of the car tried to extinguish it himself with a fire extinguisher, but it did not help. What exactly caused the fire is not yet known.
As the owner says, the main thing is that no one was hurt in the incident. A car, according to him, is just a car.
