Rybakov announced that there will be no direct flight between Belarus and the USA for a long time

Valentin Rybakov, Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN, stated that issues regarding the return of the US Embassy to Minsk are currently being actively considered.

“The American embassy (...) was officially never closed... It moved to Lithuania, as the American side then claimed, due to security concerns,” Rybakov said on the 'First Informational' channel.

He also answered about a direct flight between Belarus and the USA — it should not be expected soon. As an example, Rybakov cited Kazakhstan, which has been coordinating its flight for 8 years due to strict US requirements for safety and certification.
