In the village of Prybar, Gomel district, 18 recently planted thujas were stolen. The police found the saplings already in another region — Mogilev. Now they are preparing to return them.

Eight thujas disappeared near the local paramedical-obstetric station, and ten more — near the rural executive committee.
The saplings were planted about ten days before the theft. At that time, employees of the "Chyrvony Hvaździk" (Red Carnation) enterprise planted 584 thujas in Prybar and two neighboring villages, replacing previously removed trees.
Who stole the thujas is not reported.
