The cheapest apartment in Minsk is on sale for $55,000. But it's completely empty.
But at least it's fully prepared for renovation.
An apartment is for sale in a five-story building built in 1970 on Chigladze Street. The area is 30 square meters, and it is located on the top floor, writes Onliner.by.
It is completely empty, but prepared for renovation.
The walls are plastered and painted, demolition work has been carried out, and windows with new double-glazed windows have been installed.
All that remains is to add your own individual style. And furniture and appliances, of course. But you won't have to get rid of someone else's stuff.
This apartment costs $55,000 at the current exchange rate.
