In Minsk, a drunk driver hit a pedestrian, and his intoxicated passenger tried to leave the accident scene in the same car
This morning, a 23-year-old Opel driver, while driving in the guest parking lot of building No. 3 on Hiaškievič Street, hit a 26-year-old man who was walking on the sidewalk.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital for examination.
After the accident, the driver remained at the scene, while his 24-year-old passenger got behind the wheel and continued driving in the parking lot, after which he was stopped by a patrol and post service officer.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate (DAI) department of the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs (RUUS) of Minsk, who arrived at the scene, sent the accident perpetrator and his passenger for a medical examination, which revealed the presence of about two per mille of alcohol in each of their bodies.
It turned out that the passenger had never received a driver's license. The offenders were taken to the district department of internal affairs, and the car was taken to a guarded parking lot.
