The court ruled that the mother of the deceased had legal grounds to receive monetary compensation for moral damages from her son's employer as the owner of a source of increased danger.
The Novobelitsky District Court of Gomel ordered the employer to pay 60,000 rubles in compensation for moral damages to the mother of the deceased, and also resolved the issue of legal costs.

У выніку ёй адрэзала станком пальцы. Калі б ён не ўзяў з усіх расьпіскі ў гэты дзень, то таксама б панёс адказнасьць, хоць ён зрабіў усё, што ад яго залежыла, каб гэтага не адбылося.
