A Minsk resident posted photos of spoiled fried fish in breadcrumbs online, after which the Green hypermarket on Prytytskaha St., 156, was inspected, Minsk-news writes.
“Green, Kamennaya Horka. This was on February 11 at nine in the evening. Be careful,” the girl briefly described the photo showing pieces of cooked fish with visible mold.
The post caused a stir: it was viewed almost 120 thousand times, and dozens of comments were left under it. The information was forwarded to other users more than 50 times.
Commentators shared their stories of similar purchases, posting photos of spoiled products. Many believe that ready-to-eat meals should not be bought at all, especially from open displays.
The post and photos were submitted to the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Frunzensky District:
— In the course of studying the circumstances posted on the social network, the fact of the sale of substandard fish products on February 11 in the aforementioned store was confirmed, — specialists said. — For violating the requirements of legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, measures have been taken against this retail enterprise in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
