A new gallery with a large food court is opening next to the "Titan" shopping and entertainment center at Dzerzhinsky Avenue, 104. The test opening took place today, Realt.by writes .
This will be the most significant renovation for "Titan" in its entire history. The complex, familiar to city residents since 2009, has been augmented with a new shopping gallery covering 7.5 thousand square meters. What was previously an outdoor archway and office premises has been transformed into a three-story space with panoramic windows, high ceilings reaching 5 meters, and wide passages.
The first two levels of the gallery are dedicated to clothing and footwear stores. The new gallery will also feature jewelry stores, cosmetics and perfume shops, a pharmacy, and a barbershop.
Near the entrance to the new section, there will be a Paragraph coffee shop with open seating, while "Khinkali" and "Odessa-Mama" will gain additional seating with views of the atrium. To make it easier for visitors to navigate, the shopping and entertainment center has updated its navigation and installed a multimedia screen.
The third floor was made through-passage to allow traversing the entire complex. This is where the new food court will open, bringing together about ten different corners.
The menu promises variety—from American burgers at States and Italian pizza at Koala to Turkmen kebabs at KaraKum and Mexican snacks at Cacto. You can also order Thai soups at Pad Thai, shawarma at "Ogo!", Uzbek pilaf at Sufra, and familiar home cooking at "Sheff-Buffet". There will be about 200 seating places in total. A large screen for broadcasts has also been installed.
"We are happy to be able to improve the space for our guests. The gallery turned out to be convenient, stylish, and modern, and the new food court is spacious and diverse: now we truly offer a wide selection for every taste," says Irina Sobal, head of the "Titan" shopping and entertainment center.
