On October 22, a new company appeared in Belarus — "Creative Code", which presents itself as "the largest company in the Republic of Belarus, engaged in the design and placement of outdoor advertising and having a wide network of advertising media of various formats in Minsk and regional centers." Buro found out that behind this company stands Hanna, the daughter-in-law of Alexander Lukashenka, better known under the creative pseudonym Hanna Sialuk.

As of today, Lukashenka's daughter-in-law's business has turned into a full-fledged media holding, which simultaneously deals with "turnkey" music composition creation, producing pop artists, organizing state events, children's parties, graduations, video clip production, image commercials, creating TV shows, and owns three radio stations.
A total of 25% belongs to companies associated with Hanna Lukashenka (Sialuk). Of these, 15% is registered to "Music Media Company," where Lukashenka's daughter-in-law holds the position of general producer. Another 10% was transferred to "ANSL Production," whose owner is Andrei Urublieuski, a top manager of her husband Dzmitry Lukashenka.
Buro believes that Urublieuski may be performing the function of a nominal owner in "ANSL Production" to conceal the participation of his patron's wife in the company. The abbreviation ANSL strongly resembles the initials of the wife of Lukashenka's middle son — ANna (in Russian) Siarheyeuna Lukashenka.
From October to December 2025, Pavel Liokhi held the position of director at "Creative Code". Thanks to "Cyber-Partisans", we found out that in the past he held high-ranking positions: he headed the press service in Lukashenka's administration, was Deputy Minister of Information, Counsellor-Envoy at the Embassy of Belarus in Moscow, and Deputy Director at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies.
75% of "Creative Code" belongs to CJSC "CorusMedia". This company was registered on October 31, 2025, and also deals with advertising placement. The CJSC form of ownership does not require disclosure of ultimate beneficiaries.
