An investor from Kazakhstan has appeared in "Susedi". The chain plans to expand by 67 stores
The largest beneficiary of the "Susedi" chain, as the "Belarusy i rynak" portal pointed out , is now Anton Sychev, a citizen of Kazakhstan. The retailer plans to open new stores and return to distributing vegetables and fruits.

According to information published on the Unified Financial Market Portal in connection with the bond issue, a new beneficiary has appeared in the key management structure of the "Susedi" chain, the company "Libretyk". This is Anton Sychev, a citizen of Kazakhstan, who now owns the largest share in this business - 26%.
Thus, he joined the founders of the retailer: Oleg Delendik and Ulyana Shidlovich (Belarus), Vadim Avanesov (Russia), Marius Maciavičius and Alma Jauncemene (Lithuania).
"Libretyk" plans to raise 85 million rubles from November this year through the placement of depositary bonds with a maturity date at the end of 2031 to finance its current operations. This includes the restructuring of the "Susedi" retail chain.
As stated in the bond issue prospectus, the chain currently unites 200 "Susedi" stores and 18 "Razumny Vybar" (Smart Choice) stores. They employ just over 3,000 people.
It is planned that by the end of 2026, the chain will expand by 67 stores: 60 through the integration of facilities from affiliated companies "Chystyya Krynitsy" (Clean Sources) and "Navakolle" (Surroundings), and another 7 through the opening of new retail outlets.
Throughout 2027-2029, the owners of "Libretyk" plan to open 20 new stores annually, spending 40 million rubles of their own funds over three years.
Also, from October 2026, "Libretyk" will return to a business direction in which it was a leader at the beginning of its operations in Belarus in the 1990s and 2000s – wholesale sales of fruits and vegetables to other retail chains, restaurant chains, and other clients. 10 warehouses will be used for this purpose.
As found by the "Belarusy i rynak" portal, "Libretyk's" revenue for last year reached 1.1 billion rubles (890 million in 2024), and net profit amounted to 2.1 million rubles (compared to 940 thousand rubles a year earlier).
