North Korea Denies Information About Kim Jong Un's Coma Amid Rumors
North Korean agency KCNA reported on October 20 that Kim Jong Un visited the National Exhibition of Clothing and Footwear.

Rumors recently emerged that Kim Jong Un allegedly fell into a coma after a cerebral hemorrhage.
"Rumors are circulating online that DPRK leader Kim Jong Un has fallen into a coma after a cerebral hemorrhage. Social media users claim that the North Korean leader was urgently transported to a hospital in China after a severe hemorrhage to receive emergency medical care," described the pro-Kremlin Telegram channel "Pool №3".
According to unconfirmed reports, Kim Jong Un was taken out of the country due to the low level of medical care in Pyongyang, and according to rumors circulating online, he was taken to Beijing Union Medical College, where he allegedly received emergency aid.
Kim Jong Un was last allegedly seen in public on October 11 during a visit to the military equipment museum in Pyongyang.
In 2020, reports of Kim Jong Un's death also actively circulated on social media after he disappeared from public view for several months, recalls Pool №3.
According to experts, in the event of Kim Jong Un's death, his sister Kim Yo Jong, director of the Propaganda and Agitation Department of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee, could temporarily lead the country. She already has significant influence in the North Korean leadership.
However, today the Central North Korean agency published news that yesterday Kim, along with his daughter, with whom he has regularly appeared at all events recently, inspected the exhibition accompanied by leading party and government officials.
"Kim expressed satisfaction with the scale of the exhibition and the quality of the products. He called for more attention to design, the production of items with elements of the national flag, and ensuring the quality of school and student uniforms, satchels, and footwear," KCNA writes.
