The "M15" business quarter in Minsk has been put up for sale. It's a quarter with public catering establishments, showrooms, and offices in the Osmolovka area.
As stated in the advertisement, 90% of the establishments on its territory are open and operating. The quarter occupies almost 11 thousand "squares". They are asking for $27 million for it, which means more than 81.4 million rubles, writes Office Life.
"M15" is located in the block of Masherov, Kuibyshev, Kiselyov, and Chicherin streets.
In the last century, an Experimental-Experimental Plant for Technological Equipment, where missiles were designed, operated on the site of the business quarter. Later the site was vacant, and in the late 2010s, the capital company "Beltyazhmash" undertook the reconstruction: businessmen bought the plot at auction for 8.1 million rubles.
