Bank cards to experience problems on Thursday

On the night of October 8, temporary problems with bank card payments are possible in Belarus. The Banking Processing Center has scheduled technological maintenance for this time.

As reported by "Belinvestbank," citing the Banking Processing Center, difficulties may arise with online internet payments from midnight until 6:00 AM.

From 2:00 AM to 2:30 AM, problems are possible with linking new cards in the "Belkart Pay" app, paying for purchases using a smartphone via "Belkart Pay" in retail and service organizations, as well as with cash withdrawals at relevant points, info kiosks, and ATMs.

In addition, from 3:00 AM to 3:20 AM, the service for generating and sending one-time 3-D Secure passwords may be unavailable when performing operations with "Belkart" cards. At the same time, problems are possible with the operation of the Belkart Prime service.

The Banking Processing Center apologized to cardholders for any possible temporary inconveniences.
