Zelenskyy on Peace Talks: Ukraine Will Not Agree to Troop Limitation and Neutrality
"The issue of territories is a red line that can be discussed exclusively at the level of leaders."

Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that within the framework of possible peace agreements, Ukraine will not agree to limiting the size of its army or to a neutral status, writes "Ukrainska Pravda".
"The main aspects of this are that we cannot talk about the neutrality of our state. And we should not; our vision, in principle, coincides with the American one; we cannot talk about limiting the Ukrainian army," Zelenskyy said in an interview with "TSN-Tyzhden".
He added that security guarantees for Ukraine cannot be dictated by the Russian side.
"Thus, the conclusions are clear: limiting our army and Ukraine's neutrality are not up for discussion. The issue of territories is a red line that can be discussed exclusively at the level of leaders," Zelenskyy said.
On October 24, Zelenskyy stated that he was ready for a peace agreement that envisages freezing the war along the current front line; however, according to him, Ukraine will not agree to recognize that "the temporarily occupied territory has become Russian."
