Conscripts begin deployment to the army

This is the traditional autumn conscription. Today is the first day of sending new recruits.

On the first day, about a thousand conscripts will be sent to the troops — they will join the ranks of the special operations forces, the Minsk military commandant's office, the 72nd Guards Joint Training Center, and the 361st Security and Service Base, reports the Ministry of Defense.

In total, during the autumn conscription, it is planned to send 10,000 people to military service. Approximately 600 people are planned to be sent for reserve service during the same period.

New recruits will take the oath on November 21.
