The Kremlin stated that the start of new negotiations with Ukraine will depend on the situation on the battlefield
Putin's aide Yury Ushakov stated that European representatives will definitely not participate in them.

The start of new negotiations between Russia, the USA, and Ukraine on ending the war will depend "on the situation on the battlefield and the overall situation," said Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov, Interfax reports.
According to him, the previous round of negotiations "was supposedly and seemingly agreed upon, but then the Ukrainians themselves disrupted it."
"So far, we have not yet transmitted any signals," Ushakov said, commenting on the exact date of the consultations. He noted that the meeting could take place in Abu Dhabi after November 4.
The aide to the President of the Russian Federation also added that the composition of the delegation that will represent Russia in the negotiations has not yet been finalized, but "the core is there."
Ushakov noted that European representatives will not participate in the upcoming meeting.
"For now, there is absolutely no talk of this; no one is going to invite them to the negotiating table," the Kremlin representative stated.
The day before, on October 28, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that trilateral negotiations could take place on November 10.
