Traffic restricted on Yakub Kolas Street in Minsk for almost two months
Restrictions for cars were introduced from 22:00 on October 21 and will be in effect until December 18. Trams, however, will continue to run unchanged, reports the "Minsk-Novosti" agency.

The movement of passenger cars and trucks is closed on the even side of Yakub Kolas Street in the section from Darashevicha Street to Bahdan Khmyalnitski Street. The right part of the street is blocked when moving from the city center towards Zialiony Luh.
As reported by "Hardarbud", the restrictions are related to the reconstruction of the collector on the section from BNTU library to Kulman Street.
The changes will not affect tram routes No. 1, 5, 6, 6K, and 11, which pass through this section. They will continue to operate as usual.
Car drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance, taking into account the temporary restrictions.
