In Depo near Victory Square, apartments started selling in a house on a pedestrian street. One of them costs almost $1 million

In the premium quarter Depo on Victory Square, sales of real estate in the Rotax 2 house have started. It has 36 apartments, and from the inner courtyard, residents will be able to access the pedestrian street. Prices start from $5023 per square meter, writes Office Life.

Construction of Rotax 2 began in May of this year, and it is planned to be completed by the end of 2028. The house is located on the border of the quarter and Chyrvonaya Street. Nearby is the main art object — "The Tram that Dissolves in Time", the Svislach embankment, the main bike path, and from the courtyard of the house, one can enter a restaurant or the quarter's pedestrian street.

The smallest apartment is 49 square meters, the largest is 181. Ceiling height on typical floors is 3.06 meters. But there are also formats on the top levels with variable ceiling heights up to 6.78 meters.

The housing will be without finishing decoration, and the main "feature" of the house will be glazing. For example, there are attics with corner windows or apartments with panoramic stained-glass windows.

The house offers various types of apartments — there are compact ones, and there are family residences. For example, a five-room apartment with three bedrooms and a parking space will cost $961.5 thousand.

The premium quarter Depo is handled by the developer "A-100 Development". They plan to fully complete the residential complex by 2029.
