A book of Lovecraft's stories has been published in Belarusian.
Gutenberg Publisher has released a book of short stories by Howard Phillips Lovecraft titled "Other Gods" ("Іншыя Багі" in Belarusian). The translation was carried out by seven translators who united in the BelRead initiative, and the book was edited by Andrei Khadanovich, reports bellit.info.

Howard Phillips Lovecraft has works that researchers combine into the "Dream Cycle" - stories from it are selected for the book "The Other Gods." The writer is primarily revered as a master of cosmic horror, the creator of Cthulhu and countless monsters embodying absolute chaos, but this collection of Belarusian translations invites a journey of a different kind. This is a journey inward, into the Dreamlands - a space where, instead of cosmic emptiness, the deepest, sometimes almost unbearable nostalgia reigns.
"Journeys through the Dreamlands are not just stories, they are a subtle literary attempt to reclaim what has been lost. The heroes of these stories, people with a delicate sensibility or exceptional imagination, do not simply escape from the problems of the era and the grayness of reality. They are dreamers who strive to restore a lost connection with the best state of the soul, capable of wonder. Childhood, memories of their homeland, images of a quiet, old house, not contaminated by sorrow - all these elements become the building material for the Dreamlands. This is a place where everything is still possible, where adventures and mysteries have not yet been supplanted by rationalism and pragmatism," says the description on the publisher's website, where you can order the book right now.
