According to a resolution of the government, from now on, when importing civilian drones or aircraft models into the country, it is not necessary to obtain a special document from the military-industrial committee stating that they have military or dual-use purpose.

The rules for controlling international postal shipments and goods arriving from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union have also been clarified. Carriers are now obliged to comply with the requirements of customs authorities during inspections, and control documents must indicate the unique registration number of each object.
In addition, new customs control points are planned to open in the Minsk region — "Minsk-TLC" and the Ozon sorting center.
Starting from 2026, all civilian drones will be registered only in an electronic system. As of October 2025, slightly more than 1,500 such devices were on state registration.
At the same time, a ban for ordinary citizens remains in force in the country: they are not allowed to buy, store, or use drones. This is allowed only for organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
