Maryaliva is located 12 kilometers from Minsk in the direction of Lahoysk. The village, known since the 19th century (then it was Maryiavil), is now divided into several parts. In the old part, one can still find ordinary village houses, while the new part exclusively features cottages. The elite settlement near the highway to Vitsebsk began to form back in the 1990s.
It is in the prestigious part of Maryaliva (also known as the "royal village") that the most expensive house of March is located. It is a block cottage built in 2016 with an area of over 400 square meters. 2.4 million dollars were paid for the house surrounded by forest. The price per square meter was 5429 dollars.
Currently, by the way, about 15 more houses are for sale in Maryaliva. Among the options there are both modest houses by local standards for 800 thousand rubles (or 280 thousand dollars), as well as mansions for 8.7 million rubles (or 3 million dollars).
