Russian coaches claim Dzyarzhynsk's "Arsenal" defrauded them of $40,000. The club threatens them with criminal charges
Russians say they were initially paid in envelopes. But when they switched to "white" salaries, they no longer saw any money.

Two Russian football coaches claim that Dzyarzhynsk's "Arsenal" defrauded them of $40,000. The Belarusian Football Federation ordered the parties to reconcile, but the club threatens the coaches with a criminal case.
Danila Drasvyannikov and Vyacheslav Vashkevich worked at "Arsenal" from February 2024 to December 2025. Vashkevich even served as acting head coach. The Russians claim that until July, part of their salary was paid in envelopes. There were no problems until the club decided to switch them to "white" salaries. After that, payments allegedly partially stopped: there was no money, nor any bonuses, Mash writes.
From the beginning of 2026, the coaches were formally employed as part-time scouts. "Arsenal" promised to settle debts for the past year but could not do so. Then Drasvyannikov and Vashkevich appealed to the BFF. According to them, the club owed them 60,000 Belarusian rubles each.
The Federation gave the "Arsenal" management two weeks to reconcile with the Russian coaches. But the club started threatening them with a criminal case.
The "Gunners" stated that the coaches signed contracts with the team as part of "Arsenal's" cooperation with Moscow's "Lokomotiv". Under the agreement, they were supposed to look for young players in Belarus and Russia, but allegedly failed to complete their tasks and remained living in their homeland. "Arsenal" stated that the coaches are damaging the club's image. Therefore, Belarusian law enforcement agencies will deal with them.
