City residents were urged to close windows and turn on fog lights in their cars.

"These are the consequences of previous shelling. Residues of smoke and soot rose to the upper layers of the atmosphere, and an anticyclone temporarily presses them down to the ground. There is almost no wind now, so the air does not circulate, but as soon as the wind picks up this fog and the sun comes out, everything will gradually disperse," the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported.
City residents were urged to close windows and turn on fog lights in their cars, reports "Dozhd".
Earlier, authorities reported that three people died and seven more were injured, including a child, as a result of attacks in Kyiv and the region.
