Tragedy on Lahoisk Trakt: Man in Balaclava Fell from High-Rise Window and Hung on a Rope
A man fell from the 10th floor.
Eyewitnesses reported to the Onliner editorial office about a tragedy that occurred in one of the high-rise buildings on Lahoisk Trakt in Minsk.
«A man in black clothing and with a balaclava on his head fell from the window of the tenth floor. Rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who have arrived at the scene, are now trying to retrieve him,» — wrote one of the readers.
According to the interlocutor, he noticed the person hanging outside the building's facade around 8:30 in the morning.
— The body was hanging at the level of the eighth floor. Apparently, the man was in an apartment on the tenth floor: there is an open window from which a rope is dangling, — Valery told.
According to another eyewitness, the police and the Ministry of Emergency Situations soon arrived at the scene. Specialists were able to enter the apartment on the tenth floor, from where the person presumably fell.
Details and circumstances of the incident are currently being investigated.
