From November 13 to 22, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will host an exhibition of Indian chrysanthemums «Flower of the Sun». Visitors will be able to see more than 80 varieties of these flowers with inflorescences of various shapes and shades.

The exhibition will feature both modern varieties of Dutch selection and chrysanthemums bred in the mid-20th century. Among them will be flowers with simple and double, large and small, as well as unusual spider-like inflorescences. The color palette includes white, pink, burgundy, golden, purple, copper, and green shades.
On November 15 and 22, from 14:00 to 15:00, curator's hours will be held as part of the exhibition. Visitors will be told about the features of various varieties, the history of chrysanthemums, their winter care, and cultivation rules.
Additionally, the exhibition pavilion will showcase works in sumi-e technique — monochrome ink painting created by students of the art studio at the public association «Hagakure».
The exhibition will be open daily from 11:00 to 17:00. An entrance ticket to the botanical garden will be required for admission.
