Houses officially owned by other people put up for auction for debts of "Novy Zrok" founder
Two houses in the village of Kharitonova, Stolbtsy district, are being sold at auction, with Oleg Kauryhin, the founder of "Novy Zrok," listed as the debtor. However, the real estate is registered to other people. The businessman explained to "Nasha Niva" who owns it.

The auction announcements on the "BelYurZabespechenie" website were noticed by "Zerkalo". Both contain the note: "Property registered to a third party."
A log house with an area of 115.6 square meters was valued at 882 thousand rubles. It stands on a plot of 25 ares, which also includes a garage, a bathhouse, and several summer kitchens.
The second house is two-story, with an area of 112.6 square meters. Its starting price is 504 thousand rubles. On a plot of almost 25 ares, there is a garage and a shed.
According to Kauryhin, the log house is owned by his daughter, and the second one was built by his ex-wife after their divorce.
These are two different plots and two different houses, Kauryhin explains.
The first, the log house, belonged to his mother; she lived there for her last years, and she passed away there. The house now belongs to Kauryhin's daughter — her grandmother specifically gifted it to her.
The second house, according to the businessman, belongs to his ex-wife Natalia.
"She built it after the divorce. Everyone knows about it," the businessman noted. He added that he hadn't lived in Belarus since 2010, and the property was seized in 2023.
In February 2023, security forces raided the "Novy Zrok" medical center chain, and the Investigative Committee seized the company's assets. At the same time, Kauryhin's daughter's house was also seized.
In November 2024, the businessman was заочна (in absentia) sentenced to 12 years in a maximum-security penal colony and fined 400 thousand rubles. The court also ordered him to pay over 3 million rubles in income tax, which, according to the charges, he had not paid.
Later, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a civil lawsuit for the recovery of 3.43 million rubles in damages allegedly caused to the state. At the stage of compulsory enforcement, the debt amount grew to 3.82 million. Kauryhin's ex-wife learned about this in the autumn of 2025 in court when she tried to lift the arrest from her minor daughter's property.
