Today, four Belarusian women will compete at the Olympics

It's time for freestyle skiing and figure skating.

In the first half of the day, women's aerials qualification will take place at the Olympics in Milan. The qualification jumps will be held in two stages: at 12:45 and 13:30 Minsk time.

Belarus is represented by three freestylers: Hanna Huskova, Hanna Dziaruga, and Anastasiya Andryianava.

To reach the final, which will take place tomorrow (13:30), one must qualify in the top 12.

Belarus has won medals in freestyle skiing at every Olympics since 1998.

In 1998 in Nagano, Japan, Dzmitry Dashchynski, who now works as a coach for the Australian national team, won a bronze medal.

At the Olympics in 2010, 2014, and 2018, Belarusians won gold (2010 — Aliaksei Hryshyn, 2014 — Alla Tsuper and Anton Kushnir, 2018 — Hanna Huskova).

At the Beijing Olympics in 2022, Hanna won silver.

In the evening, the women's short program in figure skating will take place.

Viktoria Safonova will take to the ice first (20:45). The free program is on Thursday.

In the unofficial team standings, Norway confidently leads, both in the total number of medals and in gold.

The host nation, Italy, is in second place.
