The document establishes the procedure for determining military reservists who will not be primarily called up for military service in the event of wartime mobilization. The document states that there are lists of organizations where all employees will receive reservations. Which organizations are on these lists is unknown.
In other organizations, reservations may not extend to more than 40% of military reservists. The decision on who will be included in the reserved list will be made by the enterprise management.
Reservations are guaranteed for heads and their deputies in state bodies and organizations. Persons with academic degrees of Doctor of Science or the title of Professor and Associate Professor receive special status.
Persons who did not serve by the age of 27 and had no legal grounds for doing so are not subject to reservation.
