Belarusians are advised to stay in a safe place if possible — in a hotel room or other shelter. Going outside should only be done in case of extreme necessity.
Travelers are asked to strictly follow all safety recommendations from local authorities and the administration of their place of residence. It is also strongly recommended to avoid crowded places, combat zones, as well as military and strategic facilities.
Do not photograph or video record explosions, strikes, or destruction, as this may attract unwanted attention and create a threat to life.
The agency urges regular communication with relatives in Belarus to report their location and health status. It is important to follow only official sources of information and not to spread rumors or inaccurate data.
Tourists are also reminded of the need to urgently contact the Belarusian embassy or consulate in the country of stay. Hotlines are available for this purpose.
Diplomats, it is stated, are already providing necessary assistance to Belarusians in the conflict zone. The National Tourism Agency coordinates its actions with consular services, tourism companies, and airlines, keeping the situation under constant control.
