Minsk blogger fights to get Yandex to fire female business taxi driver. She, in turn, filed a police report
The blogger describes incredible suffering after the taxi driver hit her in the back. Inga Miadzvedzieva claims that the police themselves asked her to file a report after watching her reels.

Blogger Inga Miadzvedzieva has about 39,000 followers on Instagram. She sells her personal branding consultations and is involved in marketing and production.
Recently, the young woman found herself in an unpleasant situation. Together with her boyfriend, she was going to a birthday party — to get there, they called a Yandex Taxi (business tariff).

Behind the wheel was a girl named Aksana. On the way, the couple needed to stop at another place. And so it happened that the driver got into a small accident — slightly scratched another parked car. It seemed like nothing critical — but it was clear that the taxi driver could not continue the trip; she needed to resolve the issue.
What happened next is difficult to say — but the women argued fiercely.
Inga accused Aksana of being rude and insulting, not allowing her to leave the accident scene, and then punching her in the back. Inga herself believes that the taxi driver's trigger was that the passengers were luxuriously dressed.

The blogger said that she immediately contacted Yandex — but remained dissatisfied with the result. They only promised her that Aksana would be suspended from work during the investigation, and that she would never be able to accept an order from Inga again.
The blogger demanded that the driver be fired. She considered it dangerous that Aksana might accidentally be called by Inga's boyfriend or one of her friends.
"But, f***, I'm still f***ing amazed by Yandex. How am I protected, paying 12 thousand dollars a year for a taxi? They gave me a 15-ruble promo code for an accident, insults, and a punch in the back on a business tariff," Inga complained in her stories.

It is likely that Inga planned to make a full-fledged show out of this conflict. First, she published an Instagram reel dedicated to the unpleasant situation. Then she even created a "Taxi" highlight, where she began to duplicate her numerous stories.
The blogger claimed that after publishing the reel, police officers contacted her and offered to file a report themselves. Afterward, she recounted how she went to give testimony and get her injuries documented. She boasted about the stylish outfit she chose for her trip to the police station. She said it was not in vain that she worked with a stylist.

And then for several more days, she complained about how much she suffered from back pain. She said that she couldn't do without a psychotherapist — because now she was afraid to ride in taxis.
But soon, the blogger deleted everything. This is probably due to the fact that the driver Aksana also filed a police report.
Recently, the taxi driver voiced her perspective on the situation.

The driver's name is Aksana Yarashuk. She admits getting into an accident but believes that Inga behaved inappropriately: "It would seem: the driver had an accident — sympathize and call a new taxi, but no. One has to take an infantile position and bring the situation to absurdity. I am accused of hitting her in the back, insulting her, and almost standing on my head."
The taxi driver claims that the blogger and her boyfriend demanded she continue the trip because they themselves assessed the scale of the accident: "According to their logic, if it's not serious, then you can drive on. The atmosphere heated up, I was told: 'shut up' and that I was working as a 'stinking taxi driver'."
Aksana says that in her stories, Inga repeatedly called her "bydlo" (a derogatory term for rude/uncultured people) and wrote many offensive things in the comments under the reel.
But what offended her most was that the blogger posted a video where Aksana's face was clearly visible — now the taxi driver is determined to defend her rights because her honor and dignity were affected: "All this entailed material losses (access to orders was blocked without investigation due to the complaint), stress, and humiliation."
Aksana is not going to publish a video of the conflict while the investigation is ongoing. Inga also stopped covering the conflict on Instagram — she only complained that she feels that all taxi drivers now treat her somehow differently.
It should be noted that Inga Miadzvedzieva likes to create hype around dramatic stories from her life (the veracity of which is difficult to assess).
For example, at the beginning of her blogging career, she loved to recount how she had supposedly overcome oncology almost in its last stage with a positive attitude and the power of thought.
Inga also explained her dismissal from the Academy of Management in her final year by that oncology. As if heartless teachers did not believe that a person with oncology could look wonderful, and therefore did not allow her to defend her diploma project.
Inga turned her story of searching for biological relatives (the girl lived in an orphanage in Mahilioŭ for a long time until a kind woman adopted her) into a real show. She published videos and audio recordings of meetings with her mother and father on social networks.
The logical continuation of this Insta-series was that Inga, together with her boyfriend Kiryl, decided to periodically take a girl from the orphanage — took her to children's events, gave her gifts. Inga built content on such charity until, apparently, she got tired of it. She accused the girl of insufficient gratitude and manipulative attempts, and then informed her subscribers that she would no longer invite the child to her home.
