Commemorative coins with denominations of 1 and 10 rubles, issued back in late 2025, will soon start arriving at the tills of the National Bank of Belarus. These are coins from the "Bird of the Year" series, dedicated to the Hooded Crow, Myfin.by writes .

The coins are made in two variants: cheaper copper-nickel and more expensive silver.
The coins will go into circulation on May 12. Some can be purchased in Minsk at Tolstogo Street, 6, where the National Bank's sales point is located.
The coins also differ in price: copper-nickel coins with a denomination of 1 ruble will cost about 40 rubles, and silver coins with a denomination of 10 rubles will cost about 320 rubles.
The mintage is also limited: about 7 thousand copper-nickel and 2 thousand silver coins. At the same time, they are legal tender and must be accepted at face value, although the actual cost of collector's items is significantly higher.
