In the evening of August 31, a Turkish Airlines plane, performing a flight from Antalya, Turkey, to St. Petersburg, made an unscheduled landing at Minsk National Airport.

The reason was a passenger who caused a disturbance aboard the Airbus A321. The offender was handed over to security forces.
Approximately 40 minutes later, the plane continued its flight to St. Petersburg. The Ministry of Transport of Belarus clarified that the liner had no technical malfunctions.
