Danish shoe brand ECCO has virtually ceased operations in Belarus. But there's no certainty
The website of the Danish shoe manufacturer ECCO in Belarus is temporarily unavailable. The placeholder page states that the brand continues to operate in the country. The company also informed customers about this via SMS, Office Life reports .

The Belarusian ECCO website states that changes are taking place in the operation of the store in the "Zamok" shopping center and the ecco-shoes.by website, which is why the online store temporarily ceased operations from September 30, 2026.
In addition to the online store, the ECCO bonus program stopped working on September 29. However, the brand's gift cards can still be used in the store at the "Zamok" shopping center.
Retail sales of ECCO in Belarus are handled by FE JV "ECCO-BELROS", registered in February 2013. The company's main activity is retail trade of footwear in specialized stores.
In 2014, nine ECCO stores operated in Belarus: six in Minsk and one each in Mogilev, Gomel, and Vitebsk. At the beginning of 2026, the company still had five capital stores, after which they gradually began to close. In early autumn, the store in Minsk's Dana Mall shopping center ceased operations. Currently, only one ECCO store remains in Belarus - in the "Zamok" shopping center.
Back in summer, ECCO announced a sale of its entire shoe assortment. Social media users then reported, citing sellers, that no new deliveries were expected.
In August, Office Life contacted the company for comment. They responded that, in accordance with corporate policy, they do not comment on issues related to internal business processes.
