Belarusians will be able to receive fine notifications through mobile banking apps
In Belarus, citizens will be able to receive state notifications through mobile banking apps. For this purpose, the National Center for Electronic Services is developing the "E-Vestka" (E-Notification) subsystem, which will be integrated with banking information systems. Yegor Voronau, head of the center's information technology department, announced this on October 21, as reported by the "Minsk-Novosti" agency.

Through the new service, it will be possible to receive notifications about various events that require attention. These include fines for traffic rule violations, the expiration of identity documents, and the need to replace a driver's license. The possibility of notifying about property tax in this way is also being considered.
Currently, the National Center for Electronic Services, together with the banking community and under the auspices of the National Bank of Belarus, is working on integrating "E-Vestka" with banking systems and mobile applications.
Users will not have to independently log into various personal accounts to check for state notifications. A push notification in the banking app will inform them about the presence of a new message in "E-Vestka".
If a person has not previously activated a personal account in this service, they will be able to do so through the mobile banking app. After this, the user will get access to the list of their notifications and will be able to immediately proceed to pay them, if payment is required.
In addition, as part of the development of "E-Vestka", it is planned to connect ten proactive services that will independently inform citizens about important events, such as the expiration of documents or the need to replace a driver's license.
