"Were you 'mogged'?"

Collins English Dictionary named 'mogging' the word of the year, according to the publication's blog.
"Have you ever felt that everyone around you is — even if only slightly — taller, brighter, and more impressive than you? Congratulations: you've been 'mogged'," Collins reported.
Mogging is internet slang meaning superiority over another person, in contrast to whom they appear less attractive, successful, or impressive.
The term comes from the abbreviation AMOG (Alpha Male of the Group).
Initially, this word appeared in English-speaking communities related to bodybuilding and the so-called manosphere, and primarily referred to appearance and physical data. Later, the meaning expanded: today the word is also used in a jocular sense when referring to superiority in clothing style, charisma, status, or achievements.
