Express drug delivery launched in Belarus

You can order over-the-counter medicines, as well as beauty, health, and care products.

Express drug delivery has been launched in Belarus. This is the next stage of the project of the first state online pharmacy pharmamall.by. It was implemented by Belpharmacia and Belposhta, reports the Ministry of Health.

Delivery does not apply to all pharmacy products.

Thus, you can order over-the-counter medicines included in the Ministry of Health's list, as well as beauty, health, and care products for home delivery.

This also applies only to products that require a storage temperature regime of no lower than +15 degrees Celsius.

Prescription drugs still cannot be delivered — this is prohibited by law. However, they can be reserved on the website and picked up at the pharmacy.

With the new service, it will also not be possible to order medicinal products with an ethanol content of more than 25% by volume for home delivery, the agency clarified.

For those who do not have access to the internet or need professional consultation, an alternative is provided.

You can place an order and get specialist assistance by calling the single number 169, without leaving your home.
