Moldovan authorities want to ban the leader of unrecognized Transnistria from using Chisinau airport
He recently received an order from Putin.

Moldovan authorities plan to introduce restrictive measures against the leader of unrecognized Transnistria, Vadim Krasnoselsky, including a five-year ban on leaving the country, reports Current Time.
The department explained this decision by his "actions" in Moscow. On November 4, Krasnoselsky participated in a ceremony marking National Unity Day in the Kremlin, where Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded him the Order of Honour "for services in strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples, fruitful activities in bringing together and enriching cultures, nations and nationalities".
The Bureau for Reintegration Policies condemned Russia's actions and stated that "this is a provocation from Russia, aimed at hindering Moldova's European integration".
Moldovan Prime Minister Vasile Tofan urged Krasnoselsky to return to Tiraspol.
"For five years, we will not allow him to use Chisinau Airport," he told reporters.
In unrecognized Transnistria, there is no active civilian airport; there is only a military airfield.
When asked why he was previously allowed to fly to Moscow, Tofan replied that Moldovan authorities want "the integration of the Left Bank without escalating the situation", which is why the so-called "leaders" of the region have the opportunity to fly from Chisinau to other countries.
The reason for this trip was the completion of negotiations on providing Transnistria with gas within the framework of the OSCE. Therefore, as the Prime Minister noted, Moldovan authorities "considered it important from a humanitarian point of view".
Tofan added that Krasnoselsky does not have Moldovan citizenship.
